Chunky Crunchy Salad (2 small cucumbers, 1 carrot, 1/2 Bell Pepper, 1/2 Pita (toasted in 1 TB Olive Oil), 1/2 cup yogurt, 2 TBSP Thyme,1 Tsp vinegar, Salt, Pepper

Supper:
Shredded BBQ Chicken, Green Beans, Onions & Peppers, Hot Peppers, Sm serving of Rice
Water
Snack:
Handful of nuts, a few olives, 2 sm cucumbers
