i have a friend who tried all known ways to bring down his weight which including the traditional ayurveda methods.. no results…i guess the problem is non of these methods try and convince upon minds to control dieting and get into a systematic and healthier eating habits… they all promise to burn the extra fat within no time…does it really help? do people really get benefited?…surely my friend is not. i told him to try Yoga. i know yoga can really bring down things in control, be it your weight or your habits. yoga can help discipline your mind, which on a long term take control on your body, eating habits, etc.
