Update 2/1/10

Awesome!

I’ve been doing 20 minute cardio and then the 24 express fitness circuit training thing. I really ought to write down my weights but unfortunately when I go to the gym, there’s so many people and distractions that I just do my workout and get out of there.

And once I get around to it, I’ll post some pictures and make this blog more interesting.
