Just a quick couple of rounds of push ups and sit ups before dinner. Great lunch though, a nice salad with some chicken on top. I thought it was a good Zone mix. Dinner was a great salad (my wife makes an awesome salad!) and a little pasta. Not too bad, not the best though.
Tomorrow is the weigh in. Cross your fingers! If I don’t see a reasonable loss, I am going to the garage, turning on the shop-vac and performing self-lipo. Should be fun! But I suspect most of you don’t want pictures of that. Regardless of the number, I do honestly feel that I am doing the right thing. I should not be concerned about the pace. Note, I said should…
